From the moment you step into the car park, we want you to feel welcome. Every Sunday we will do our best to make you feel right at home.

We know that visiting a church can often be intimidating, so we won’t ask you to do anything wacky. Just come and be yourself.

We have a welcome team to help you find your way around and they’ll answer any questions that might spring up during your visit.

  • The Well Hospital Road, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 7BD. 

    We are on the Retford end of the A620 from Worksop, less than half a mile from the centre 
    of our historic market town. If you are using a Sat Nav use the postcode DN22 7BD (The entrance to our car park is just down Lime Tree Avenue on the left).

    We have a carpark at the church that fills up quickly on a Sunday so please consider getting to the church early, to get a space, the roads around the church are free parking, but please be respectful of our neighbours. 


    By Rail:

    We are on the East Coast Mainline. Only 1.5hrs from London. Need tickets?


    By Air:

    Our nearest international airport is Doncaster/Sheffield (Robin Hood) Airport.

  • SUNDAY MORNINGS 10:30AM

    But we would encourage you to get here a bit earlier to settle in and grab a free Tea or Coffee which is available from 10:15am  before we kick off at 10:30am.  The service runs around 90mins.

  • The time will lead from the front by a host who welcome and guide us through service. We start altogether with our band playing  modern worship music which  most people will sing along, but don’t feel any pressure if you don’t want to. There are screens in the church which show the song words in you want to sing alone.  


    There will be various updates on some of the exciting things going on in our community at the moment, There will a chance for those gathered to giving to the church, through cash or card, but there in no pressure to give. after about 30min the kids and youth will go to groups design specifically for then. 


    Then this is followed by a thought-provoking talk based on the Bible and the way that it applies to modern life with some time of reflection afterwards. 

    This is often followed by an opportunity to ask to have someone pray with you if you would find that helpful. 


    Our gatherings are relaxed and you’re free to engage as little or as much as you like

  • If you’re coming onsite, our services are informal and relaxed; there is no need to dress up or act in a certain way  we want you to be yourself, so come as you are. 

  • At the well we want to see kids and young people  make wiser choices, have stronger relationships and a deeper faith

    We take our cue from Jesus who said you should love God with all your heart and  love your neighbours as yourself. In our approach to the Next Gen we simplify this to LOVE GOD, LOVE OTHERS, LOVE LIFE, this simplicity is at the heart of all we do.

    After the being with everyone for the first 30mins of sung worship in the main hall, the kids and young people go to groups for there age, If its your first time then please escort your children to the group where you will ask to fill out a quick registration form. 


    SUNDAY KIDS  0-4YRS

    Meeting on the 1st floor in the Ridyard Suite, a space for parents to stay and play with their children to hear a bible story, sing some songs, engage in a craft and for parents to connect.

     

    SUNDAY KIDS  5-11YRS

    Meeting on the 1st floor in the Community Suite. This action packed group Worships, prays engages with the bible, and lots of fun games.

     

    SUNDAY YOUTH 12-16yrs

    Meeting in the WellSpring building, 

    Youth is a place to hang out, have fun and discuss what faith means in everyday life.
